Is it only for label printers?

It's built for roll-form label converters — flexo, digital and hybrid. That's why dies, repeats, webs, slit widths and cores are first-class concepts rather than custom fields. Neighbouring roll-fed work (flexible packaging, sleeves) usually fits well; we'll tell you honestly if yours doesn't.

Cloud or on-premise?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most plants run on our managed cloud and get backups and updates handled. If policy or site connectivity demands it, XpressFlow runs on a server inside your plant instead. Either way, each company's data is isolated.

Question 3

Does it replace my accounting software?

Accepted Answer

No — it reads from BUSY or your accounting for the Money module. You keep your ledgers where your accountant expects them, and XpressFlow puts turnover, receivables ageing and overdue next to the jobs that created them.

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how clean your item master and customer data are, and how many stations go live at once. We usually start with quoting and the scheduler, then add shop-floor capture stage by stage so the floor is never asked to learn everything on one shift.

Can my operators use it on phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Flow screens run in the browser on phones and tablets, and there's an Android app for shop-floor capture. Operators log counts, setup waste, downtime reasons and rejections without paperwork.

Yes. Each company is isolated from every other company on the platform — one plant never sees another plant's jobs, costs or customers. On-premise deployments keep everything inside your own network.
