We build software for printers, with printers

XpressFlow wasn't designed in a conference room. It was born on a working label plant floor — and it still runs one every day.

Our story

It started with a plant that couldn't answer three simple questions: what is press 3 running right now, what did that job actually cost, and where is roll 14 of last week's pharma order. The answers existed — spread across a whiteboard, four spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group and an accounting package nobody on the floor could open.

So we built the missing system on the floor itself, one station at a time. Estimating first, because that's where the money is decided. Then the scheduler, because a plan nobody can see isn't a plan. Then capture at every stage — print, die, sorting, camera, slitting — because waste you can't attribute is waste you can't fix.

From XeoXpress to XpressFlow — two decades of Xeosoft building software inside printing presses. Today XpressFlow runs a working label plant end to end, quote to cash, and it runs other label converters too.

Software developer by training. Printer by trade. Twenty-five years of automating the print floor.

In the print industry since 2001 — across multiple presses and companies doing very different kinds of work — one habit stayed constant: seeing a job done the same way twice meant writing software to do it the third time. XpressFlow is that instinct applied to the whole label plant.

Why XpressFlow exists

Xeosoft Technologies has been on the floor of printing companies since 2001 — many presses, many companies, very different kinds of work. One habit stayed constant: when we saw a job done the same way twice, we wrote software to do it the third time. Our instinct is logical reasoning and problem-solving — finding the repeated process hiding inside the daily work and automating it away.

Built by Xeosoft before XpressFlow

  1. Dieline software — the first.

Built to help designers: it generated keylines (dielines) directly inside CorelDRAW and managed the artwork through the software, so prepress stopped redrawing the same shapes by hand.

  2. Estimation software adopted in India and abroad.

A costing system flexible enough to be adjusted to any company's costing style or methods — which is why companies with completely different ways of pricing a job could all adopt it.

  3. XeoXpress — a fully integrated, client-server ERP for press management.

Designed specifically for packaging companies, XeoXpress tied estimate, artwork, production and dispatch into one system and was adopted by many renowned printing presses in India and abroad.

From client-server to cloud and AI

XeoXpress was built for its time: a client-server system installed on the plant's own machines — a database in the office, terminals on the floor. It did its job well, and many presses still run their memory of it. But it was tied to the building. Updates meant a site visit. Reports lived on one PC. The owner had to be in the plant to see the plant.

Technology has moved fast, and so have the demands on a label converter. XpressFlow takes everything XeoXpress knew about running a press and rebuilds it for the cloud: it runs in the browser on any device — phone, tablet or PC — updates itself, and keeps each company's data isolated in its own secure tenant. A plant manager watches the floor from home. An owner checks receivables from the airport. An operator logs a stage from the press itself.

And it is built for the age of AI — something a client-server system could never be. "Ask XpressFlow" answers questions about your own jobs and numbers in plain language; the AI report builder turns a question into a report; the email watchdog reads, sorts and drafts replies for you to approve. The rules of running a plant haven't changed. The tools have — and XpressFlow is that upgrade.

It starts where you are

The same flexibility that let Xeosoft's estimation software fit any company's costing method is built into XpressFlow. It adapts to the way your plant already works — your job-card numbering, your costing logic, your stages and machines, the spreadsheets and accounting you already run — instead of forcing a new process on day one. Then it moves you forward at your own pace: one station at a time, from estimates and job cards to the live floor, slitting, dispatch and money, until the whole plant is running on one AI-integrated ERP. No big-bang switchover. No stopping the plant to change software.

  1. 1Keep your way of working
  2. 2Estimates & job cards
  3. 3Live floor, slitting, dispatch
  4. 4Money, reports & AI — one ERP

Over those years our focus narrowed to labels and packaging: short runs, SKU proliferation, substrates, die-cutting, slitting, and the constant pressure of waste on margin. Every ERP we met in the industry was either a generic accounting package with "printing" bolted on, or a heavyweight system built for someone else's factory. Neither spoke the language of a label plant — job cards, presses, shades, batches, rolls. XpressFlow is the successor to XeoXpress: everything learned from running an ERP inside packaging presses, rebuilt from the ground up for label converters — cloud-first, mobile-first, AI-assisted, with the live floor at its centre. It runs the plant the way a plant actually runs, quote to ship, and an operator can use it on a phone at the press. It isn't a concept — it runs live on a working label plant every day.

"Every tool I've built started the same way — watching someone do the same thing by hand for the hundredth time. XpressFlow is that instinct applied to the whole plant."

Values

How we work

Built on a floor, not a whiteboard

Every module started as a problem someone had mid-shift. If it doesn't survive a live press, it doesn't ship.

Measure, don't guess

Waste, yield and efficiency come from entries made at the machine — not from a number reconstructed on Friday.

Fit the plant you have

Your presses, your substrates, your accounting. We adapt to the floor instead of asking the floor to adapt.

Straight answers

No self-serve funnel, no invented pricing. If XpressFlow isn't right for your operation, we say so.
